COPPA · FERPA · Massachusetts
- Schools/teachers may consent as agents for classroom educational use (COPPA).
- Parents at home consent when registering for family use.
- Schools/parents retain ownership of student educational records (FERPA).
- We follow applicable MA student privacy expectations (e.g. 603 CMR 23.00).
- Parents may review, export, refuse further collection, or request deletion.
- Privacy requests: support@benbenmathlab.org — processed within 30 days.
Retention & hosting
